The Housekeeper keeps the building in clean, orderly, safe condition while performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and garbage removal. Duties will also include performing routine maintenance activities and notifying management of need for repairs.

  • Make minor repairs to the facility including plumbing, wall repair, carpentry, painting, air conditioning and electrical
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
  • Ensure that all hazardous conditions are repaired on a timely basis
  • Performs other duties as assigned
